Appointments & Booking

We recommend scheduling appointments in advance to ensure availability. Walk-ins are always welcome based on salon capacity. Clients may book appointments online, by phone, or through our approved booking platforms.

A valid credit card may be required to secure certain appointments or group reservations.

Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

To respect the time of both our guests and technicians, we kindly request at least 3 hours’ notice for cancellations or appointment changes. Late cancellations or missed appointments may be subject to a cancellation fee.

Guests arriving significantly late may need to shorten or reschedule their services depending on availability.

Service Satisfaction

At Sunny by La Rose 67 Nail Lounge, client satisfaction is very important to us. If you experience concerns regarding your service, please contact us within 7 days of your appointment. We will gladly review reasonable adjustments related to the original service provided.

Please note that regular polish, accidental damage, improper aftercare, or changes requested after the completed service may not qualify for complimentary corrections.

Gift Cards & Promotions

Gift cards purchased through Sunny by La Rose 67 Nail Lounge are non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash. Promotional offers, discounts, and special packages may have expiration dates or limitations and cannot always be combined with other promotions.

Personal Belongings
